Dare Management
Institute, founded in 2003, is the training
center of the management personnel at all
levels of the group, and is also the cultivation
cradle of all types of reserve talents of
the group.
In virtue of Dare
Group’s external and external resources, Dare
Management Institute has formed its systematic
and independent operation system. According
to Dare Group’s strategy and combining its
current development, the institute has made
short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
Meanwhile, it continues to improve its operation

personnel and professional personnel continuously.

of Dare Group is concurrently president of
Dare Management Institute. And daily teaching
and organization work of the institute is
presided by Dare Group’s Human Resources Department.
